Hamilton handed grid penalty

ewis Hamilton has been given a three-place penalty and drops to fifth on the Austrian GP grid for blocking Kimi Raikkonen in qualifying. Max Verstappen is promoted to the front row to join polesitter Charles Leclerc. With a gearbox penalty already dropping Haas' Kevin Magnussen out of fifth, McLaren's Lando Norris is now promoted an additonal place to fourth and shares row two with the now-lead Mercedes of Valtteri Bottas. Ironically, Hamilton and Raikkonen will start alongside each other on row three.
