Wolff: Mercedes 'in a better place' than Ferrari's because of 'risky' tyre choice

Toto Wolff says Mercedes and Red Bull "are in a better place" than rivals Ferrari because of the tyre strategy the Italians have picked. Charles Leclerc will start the Austrian Grand Prix from pole position on the softs while Mercedes and Red Bull run the medium compound.  The Mercedes team boss believes the soft tyre choice is "risky". The tyres which each driver sets their fastest lap on in Q2 are used to start the race with and Leclerc used the softs.
