Verstappen bests Leclerc as F1's young guns take over in Austria

Max Verstappen delivered the drive of the 2019 season to date to beat Charles Leclerc to victory at the Austrian Grand Prix, but his winning move was put under investigation, with Formula 1 threatening to ruin its spectacle once more.
