These are the tyre choices for the British Grand Prix

Out of the big three teams, Mercedes has opted for the more conservative tyre choice for the British Grand Prix weekend. The Silver Arrows will both have eight soft tyres available to use, while Red Bull and Ferrari drivers will both have nine soft sets.  As always, Pirelli will bring the hardest sets of tyres available to the Silverstone circuit. That's the C1, C2 and C3.  Renault has the most aggressive option with both drivers bringing a total of 10 softs to the garage. Daniel Ricciardo will have just one set of medium tyres available, compared to Lewis Hamilton's four. Williams has opted for the most conservative, with only seven sets of the red ringed tyre.
