Esteban Ocon to drive Mercedes F1 car at Goodwood Festival of Speed
The Goodwood Festival of Speed starts this weekend (5th July) and, as always, they'll be plenty of Formula 1 action prior to the British Grand Prix weekend. Among others, Esteban Ocon will be climbing the hill in a Mercedes Formula 1 car. Mercedes confirmed the news that Ocon will be driving the W08 on Twitter this afternoon. The W08 took part in the 2017 Formula 1 World Championship, winning 12 out of 20 races and claiming pole position on 15 occasions. It was the first car Valtteri Bottas drove for Mercedes and won Lewis Hamilton's fourth world title.
