Toto Wolff hoping for a 'cold and wet' British Grand Prix

After Mercedes' issues with overheating at the Austrian Grand Prix, team boss Toto Wolff is hoping for a "cold and wet" British Grand Prix to allow his team the best opportunity to get back onto the top of the podium.
