Seidl reveals McLaren began work on 2020 car 'long ago'

McLaren boss Andreas Seidl has revealed the team began work on its 2020 car a "long time ago", with the switch in focus being done earlier in the season. McLaren have enjoyed a fantastic season so far, with the team boastinf the 'Best of the Rest' status in fourth-place in the constructors' championship. Seidl has revealed that his team have already started development on its 2020 car, with the team looking to improve even more in its bid to get back to the summit of Formula 1.
