Rich Energy blames 'rogue individual' as it confirms Haas commitment
The owners of Rich Energy have emphasised their commitment to the Haas F1 Team, in the wake of a tweet sent by the energy drinks company on Wednesday. A brief statement posted on social media by Rich Energy announced the termination of the partnership, citing poor performance from Haas. Haas boss Guenther Steiner confirmed on Thursday morning that Rich Energy remained its title sponsor and the company reacted, confirming that Wednesday’s actions were of a “rogue individual”. “The shareholders who own the majority of Rich Energy would like to clarify certain statements that have been circulated in the media from an unauthorised source,” read a statement....
