Kvyat: 'I didn't have many expectations for today'

Daniil Kvyat has expressed his satisfaction with his race at the British Grand Prix after he finished ninth at Silverstone. The Russian started 17th on the grid for the iconic race but drove a fantastic race to finish inside the points. The result means Kvyat moves onto 12 points for the season, five ahead of his teammate Alex Albon and once again he has shown his improved maturity and composure that has been criticised in his previous spells in F1. After the race, Kvyat revealed his satisfaction with how much he is getting out of the Toro Rosso car. “I’m very happy with the race today," Kvyat said.
