Russell's first home grand prix at Silverstone was 'a really great experience'

George Russell has said his first home-race at Silverstone was "a really great experience", and he was shocked by the immense support he received from the British crowd. Russell had to settle for a P14 finish in Northamptonshire, but once again, the young Brit finished above his team-mate Robert Kubica. Lando Norris as well made his first home appearance in Formula 1, and like Russell, he failed to score any points.
