Perez hopes German GP can be “turning point” for Racing Point

Sergio Perez hopes this weekend’s German Grand Prix will prove to be a “turning point” in Racing Point’s 2019 Formula 1 season. The British squad sits seventh in the constructors’ championship and is locked on 19 points with eighth-placed Toro Rosso. Neither Racing Point driver has been able to register points since June’s Canadian Grand Prix, with both Perez and Lance Stroll missing out on the top 10 again at the British Grand Prix last time out.
