Sebastian Vettel says 'we can't be happy' with P4 and 5 in Hungary

Sebastian Vettel was left disappointed with his and Ferrari's efforts in qualifying that left him fifth on the grid for tomorrow's race in Hungary, and his teammate Charles Leclerc one place ahead in fourth. The Ferrari pair had good pace in the first sector but couldn't maintain it over a full lap and were unable to compete with the scintillating pace of Max Verstappen and the Mercedes duo of Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton. After the race, Vettel praised Red Bull's downforce. He told Sky Sports: "It's down to downforce. I don't think they've found anything, they were quick already the weeks before coming here."
