Dave Robson explains Kubica's lack of speed

Robert Kubica may have a single point more than his teammate, George Russell but the Williams driver has been considerably off the pace of Russell leading to questions as to why this is. Williams' senior race engineer Dave Robson may have an answer to these questions. Kubica made a dream return to the pinnacle of motorsport as he was confirmed before the 2018 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix as one of Williams' driver for the 2019 season.
