Haas already working on 2020 car!

Guenther Steiner says that Haas have already started development on their 2020 car as they struggle to get to grips with the current 2019 tyres. Haas were expected to challenge at the tip of the midfield in 2019, but it hasn't gone that way for the American team, who only sit ahead of Williams in the constructors' standings.
