Haas struggling to help Fittipaldi secure super licence

Haas boss Guenther Steiner has vowed to help test driver Pietro Fittipaldi secure a super licence for F1, but the issues currently impacting the US outfit's car limit the young Brazilian's seat time. Fittipaldi - the 23-year-old grandson of F1 legend Emerson Fittipaldi - tested with Haas on two occasions earlier this year but is four points short of the 40-point tally required to become the holder of F1's super licence. Fittipaldi's low-key campaign this year in the German DTM series with Audi hasn't delivered any tangible results, preventing the young charger from improving his super licence account.
