Mattia Binotto not worried about the impact of limiting testing

With the proposed plans of extending the Formula 1 season to 24 races, it is thought that winter testing will be made shorter. Some Formula 1 bosses believe that this is a problem but Mattia Binotto doesn't think it will make a difference to the sport.  "I do not think so," Binotto said to Motorsport.com when asked about whether cutting testing would impact teams.
