McLaren CEO Zak Brown has insisted Formula 1 needs to step up its efforts of trying to agree a deal for the 2021 rules package and stop waiting for the "perfect rules". In June, it was agreed that the deadline for the sign-off for the new deal would be delayed until the end of October, but Brown believes it is unlikely we will see a deal on the postponed date either.
