A week that definitely wasn't eventful – even by summer break standards – some of F1's biggest personalities saved the day with some choice quotes for us to sink our teeth into. Binotto States the Obvious: It goes without saying that 2019 has not gone how Ferrari expected it to so far – but that hasn't stopped Mattia Binotto from saying it again anyway.
