Sebastian Vettel believes the increased driver involvement in confirming the 2021 changes has been a “very positive aspect”. Vettel and Haas' Romain Grosjean attended the most recent summit between the FIA, Formula 1 and the teams as representatives from the Grand Prix Drivers Association. The input of drivers has been increased as all parties look to sign off the sporting and technical regulations for the 2021 season with their October deadline approaching fast.
