Lance Stroll blames traffic for frustrating P10 finish in Spa

Lance Stroll believes that he could have secured a better result than P10 in Sunday's Belgian Grand Prix if it wasn't for traffic he encountered during the race. Starting down in P16, Stroll typically got a brilliant start and made up places on the first lap, a feature of his racing.
