Red Bull youth is there but 'Verstappens or the Vettels are not growing on trees!'

Toro Rosso boss Franz Tost has denied that the pool of young drivers Red Bull have to choose from is drying up, despite a few questionable choices of drivers in recent years. Both current Toro Rosso drivers have previously driven for Red Bull, bringing up questions around the system that has brought through the likes of Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstappen.
