Honda will know how good their engine is after Singapore

Honda introduced their latest version of their engine at the Belgian Grand Prix. However, according to Tyoharu Tanabe, it is only after Singapore that they can determine whether the engine is working as planned and if it is competitive.  "The data collected looks good, but when you talk about competitiveness, it's harder to say," Tanabe told RACER.
