Binotto: Ferrari can still win in 2019

Ferrari principal Mattia Binotto believes there will still be opportunities for the team to win in 2019. The Scuderia claimed back-to-back wins courtesy of Charles Leclerc at Spa and Monza, with the high-speed circuits highlighting Ferrari's straight-line speed advantage.
