Renault youngster Christian Lundgaard gets first F1 test
Renault-backed youngster Christian Lundgaard has received his first taste of contemporary Formula 1 machinery during a private test outing in Hungary. Lundgaard, 18, has been part of Renault’s young driver academy since 2017, and this year is racing for ART Grand Prix in Formula 3. He holds fifth in the standings, having taken one victory at the Hungaroring, where his Formula 1 test took place on Thursday.
