Romain Grosjean says racing in Formula 1 with Haas is like "playing tennis with a ping pong bat" due to the vast inequities in F1 finance. Haas punched well above their weight to finish fifth in the constructors' championship in 2018, but have struggled this year and only the beleaguered Williams team are below them in the standings.
