Singapore GP: Friday Summary – Lewis vs Max is back while Perez gets reprimanded

The Singapore Grand Prix this year looks to mark the return of Mercedes vs Red Bull as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen split each practice session. While the Silver arrows also received a fine for fuel and Sergio Perez received a reprimand for an incident in FP2. What happened in FP1 and FP2? The top three teams traded the fastest times during FP1 with Verstappen the quickest in the end. Charles Leclerc encountered a gearbox problem with his Ferrari which left his running short until FP2 while Valtteri Bottas locked up into turn 19 crashing his Mercedes bringing out the red flag with half an hour to go.
