Robert Kubica is on the radar as a potential reserve driver for several teams

Robert Kubica confirmed in the build-up to the Singapore Grand Prix that he will not race for Williams during the 2019 Formula 1 season. But according to several reports, Kubica is expected to sign as a reserve driver.  According to the Polish media, one of Racing Point's sponsors was visiting PKN Orlen, the major sponsor which is responsible for Kubica's return to Formula 1 after his crash.  As well as this, Haas team boss Guenther Steiner has expressed his interest in signing the talents of Kubica.
