Updated Formula 1 standings: Drivers' and Constructors' tables

Lewis Hamilton might have had a Singapore Grand Prix to forget, but still increased his lead in the drivers' championship. Hamilton started second, but was fourth at the chequered flag, as Sebastian Vettel jumped both the Mercedes and Charles Leclerc to win.
