Verstappen: Singapore was Red Bull's worst performance

Max Verstappen said the Singapore Grand Prix was Red Bull's worst race for some time, despite managing to sneak onto the podium ahead of both Mercedes. Red Bull were left frustrated, having expected to challenge Mercedes for victory, only to emerge as the third-fastest team on the grid as Ferrari took pole position and the race win. Article continues under video Verstappen was able to jump Lewis Hamilton for third place behind race-winner Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc, but the Dutchman was as dissatisfied with the result as struggles in Belgium and Italy, which had been expected within Red Bull.
