Jenson Button “would love” to drive an F1 car once more

2009 World Champion Jenson button has said that he “would love to drive an F1 car again” but rules that he is “past it now” for a return to the sport. Button won his only World Championship with Brawn GP 10 years ago retired from the sport in 2016 with McLaren, making an appearance at the 2017 Monaco Grand Prix due to Fernando Alonso taking part in the Indianapolis 500. The Briton has since driven in the Super GT, winning the title with Team Kunimitsu and taken part in the World Endurance Championship and Le Mans 24hr. A return to the F1 grid would tempt Button but the 39-year old feels that he wouldn’t be considered. He said in a Q and A with...
