Former Williams driver Jacques Villeneuve says that the team has earned their struggles this season, as he believes they have been "badly run" in recent years. Williams have scored just one point this season and look set to finish last in the Constructors' Championship for the second season in a row, a sad decline from even a few years ago, when they finished third in the standings twice in succession, in 2014 and 2015.
