Gasly, Kvyat went to Red Bull too early - Toro Rosso

Franz Tost believes promotion to Red Bull arrived too soon for both Pierre Gasly and Daniil Kvyat, a partnership the Toro Rosso team principal wants to retain next year. While changes are likely to be afoot at the Red Bull junior team with a name change to Alpha Tauri in the pipeline, Tost is keen to see consistency in the driver line-up, with changes having been made to the Red Bull teams' line-ups in three of the last four seasons.
