Tost wants Kvyat and Gasly to continue with Toro Rosso in 2020
Toro Rosso boss Franz Tost says that both Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly made the move to Aston Martin Red Bull Racing too early, and hopes they both stay at Toro Rosso, to be renamed Alpha Tauri, for 2020. The Italian team are having a solid season, sitting sixth in the constructors' standings, above the likes of Racing Point and Alfa Romeo, with all three of their drivers this season, Kvyat, Gasly and Alex Albon before the summer break, scoring regular points. Kvyat has been a huge success story for Toro Rosso, returning from the cold after a frustrating 2017 season following his drop from Red Bull Racing earlier the previous year.
