Mexico GP: Williams have new front-wings but Kubica doubts they'll race with them

Williams have arrived in Mexico with two new front-wings, but Robert Kubica isn't sure whether the team will put the upgrades on the car for Sunday's race. Kubica, who will not be driving for Williams F1 in 2020, will be handing his car to Nicolas Latifi in the first practice session of the Mexican Grand Prix weekend.  George Russell, Kubica's teammate, confirmed the team will have two new front-wings in Mexico which they'll use for practice.
