Ferrari see 'no reason in delaying' 2021 regulations

Ferrari boss Mattia Binotto says there is no point in delaying the 2021 rules shake-up, going against what Mercedes and Aston Martin Red Bull Racing believe. Formula 1 are set to release the new regulations sometime on Thursday and Binotto believes it is best to implement them as planned, in 2021. The new regulations are aimed at making F1 more competitive and improving the quality of racing, but some feel that the regulations will be underdeveloped and the cars won't be ready in time.
