Vettel-Leclerc collision a 'long-time coming' according to Karun Chandhok

Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc collided in the latter stages of the Brazilian Grand Prix, forcing them both to retire and former F1 driver Karun Chandhok believes the incident has been coming. The pair have been involved in an exciting battle all season, one which Leclerc currently leads by 19 points going into the final race of the season.
