'I am sure Red Bull are disappointed that they did not chose Carlos Sainz'

Carlos Sainz has been one of the most consistent performers of 2019. He has performed incredibly well for McLaren and many believe that he would do a good job at any of the top teams.  Having been part of the junior Red Bull set up, racing for Toro Rosso, he was let go and it is almost certain that they will regret letting the Spaniard go.
