Mick Schumacher aims for 2021 Formula 1 call-up with Formula 2 title next season
Mick Schumacher has revealed he will be aiming to win the 2020 Formula 2 title, with a view to being called up for the 2021 Formula 1 season. The Ferrari Academy driver is currently racing for Prema Theodore Racing in Formula 2 and in his debut season in the championship, the 20-year-old won his first race, with a maiden victory in Hungary for Prema. Schumacher will race next season for a second successive campaign and when the young German was talking to L'Equipe, he reiterated his ambition to become an F1 driver, just like his father.
