Binotto admits Ferrari are still not 100% convinced about 2021 F1 rules

Mattia Binotto has revealed Ferrari are still not 100% convinced by the current list of rules and regulations for the 2021 Formula 1 season. The team voted for the overhaul but would still like to see some more changes as we move closer to their implementation. The FIA and Formula 1 presented the latest plans for the shake-up ahead of the United States Grand Prix on October 31.    Following the announcement in Austin, the changes were praised by fans and media from across the world.
