Jean Todt thinks Formula 1 needs more circuits to be redesigned

The 2019 season was mixed. It started slowly with the French Grand Prix being a particularly boring race. However, some of the races later on in the season were very exciting. FIA president Jean Todt thinks that some circuits could be redesigned to make the sport more attractive.  When speaking at the FIA ​​gala Todt said that it has actually been a very competitive season.
