Daniil Kvyat expecting “tight” midfield battles with Toro Rosso again in 2020

Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat says that he expects the midfield battle to be “tight” against the likes of McLaren, Renault, Alfa Romeo and SportPesa Racing Point with the minimal regulation changes for 2020. Kvyat had a successful return to Formula 1 with Toro Rosso, who will be rebranded as Alpha Tauri next year, in 2019 as he finished 13th in the championship with a high of third place at the German Grand Prix. Pierre Gasly added to that in Brazil when he finished second, helping the Red Bull junior team finish sixth in the championship. Toro Rosso benefitted from a big improvement from engine supplier Honda with Kvyat hoping for a bigger step up in...
