Daniil Kvyat thinks the 2021 rules will 'take two years' to work properly

The 2021 rule changes aim to make Formula 1 more equal and reduce the gap from the top teams to the midfield. However, Daniil Kvyat thinks that the rule changes favor the bigger teams and that they will have an advantage in 2021.  “It is always difficult to predict what kind of influence such rules will have. In the first year, the top three teams will have a natural head start when it comes to the development of the car, even with the budget ceiling,” said Kvyat to Motorsport.com.
