Zak Brown praises Lando Norris' mentality in F1: 'He's quiet grounded'

Lando Norris' first season in Formula 1 made him part of the McLaren bounce back. The whole team will be looking to take another step forward in 2020 by closing down the gap between themselves and big three teams in Formula 1. McLaren CEO Zak Brown is confident that his 19-year-old driver has the correct mentality to keep pushing himself on.  Brown has praised the British driver for his self-criticism. He believes Norris is more critical on himself than the rest of the team are when they give him feedback.
