Deputy team boss Claire Williams is expecting her beleaguered team to be ready for the very first day of winter testing next month at Circuit de Catalunya-Barcelona. Before struggling to dead last in the 2019 Formula 1 constructors' championship last year, Williams was the only team that was nowhere near ready for the start of pre-season testing last year.
