Formula 1 pays tribute to Kobe Bryant after his tragic death: 'He was a legend'
It was announced last night that basketball legend Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter accident, together with his 13-year-old daughter. He was a hero to many and it is clear to see that he was an inspirational figure for many in Formula 1. The tragic news broke last night that Kobe Bryant, aged just 41, had died in a helicopter accident, as did his daughter Gianna Maria and seven other victims. The helicopter was on its way to the academy where Bryant trains his daughter and her basketball team.
