McLaren can't finish higher than fourth - Seidl

McLaren team principal Andreas Seidl believes fourth is the best they can hope for in the constructors’ championship in 2020 before the regulation changes in 2021, but is expecting a difficult battle to finish just behind Mercedes, Ferrari, and Red Bull.
