Pirelli's head of motorsport, Mario Isola, says that F1 will stick with 18-inch tyres past 2021 after positive testing of the new size last year. F1 is making the tyres bigger for the 2021 season, increasing the size from 13 to 18 inches. F1 teams rejected a different set of tyres for 2020, testing them towards the back end of last year, but Isola says the new bigger tyres won't be removed no matter what.
