Lance Stroll on his father's purchase of Aston Martin: 'It is great in many ways'
It was announced a few weeks ago that from the start of the 2021 season Racing Point will become Aston Martin. It is a very exciting time for the team and could be exactly what is needed to catapult them into the top half of the grid. Lance Stroll is pleased with the business that his dad has done and believes that the Aston Martin brand will give the team a huge boost. “It is my dad’s project. Obviously, I talk to my dad so we have spoken about it. It is very exciting and I think it is a great transformation for the team,” Stroll said at Racing Point’s launch ahead of his fourth season in F1 and second at the team.
