Lando Norris: 'There are areas we know we need to improve on, but it’s been a productive day'

The McLaren F1 team completed a second trouble-free day of testing at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain. Lando Norris was at the wheel for the second day of the first pre-season test for 2020. Norris completed 137 laps with a lap time of 1m18.474s which was tenth on the time charts. Norris driving the MCL35 for the first time said: “A good day – we did 137 laps, completing almost everything we wanted to do. I got a good feeling for the car, and it’s not too different to last year in terms of handling, which is a good thing.
