Kubica tops disrupted first day of second F1 test

Alfa Romeo Formula 1 reserve driver Robert Kubica set the fastest time on the first day of the second 2020 pre-season test at Barcelona, which was disrupted by three red flags.  Sign up for F1 TV and get a 25% earlybird discount. Kubica’s 1m16.942s - set on Pirelli’s softest available C5 compound in the morning session - went unchallenged throughout the afternoon as the Pole remained top of the timesheets at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
